Dear Students and Parents,
As to inculcate value education in the young minds, we have certain rules and regulation to be followed by students and parents. We would like to request the parents to abide by the instructions given below
Punctuality:
Students must be punctual to school during all working days. Late comers will not be allowed to enter into the school. The school gate would be closed sharp at 8:30am.
Uniform:
The student must wear school uniform on all school days and school functions. Students should not wear different shaded uniform and worn out shoes and torn socks. Uniform should be proper
- Pre-Primary : Girls- Skirts and Shirt, Boys-Half Pant and Shirt, School shoes and socks.
- 1st to 12th : All the students full pants (B) and skirts & black leggings (G) shirt and sports uniform
- For Winter : Jr. K.G. to 12th full pant, shirt and jacket .
The student should not wear Gold ornaments/ wrist watch/ bracelets/ anklets (any religious) threads. It is compulsory for all the students to wear I-Card daily.
Boys:
- Shirts should be tucked in and low waist trousers to be avoided.
- Students should have regular hair dressing once a month and must have their hair neatly combed.
- Students should trim their nails and oil their hair regularly.
Girls
- Student’s hair has to be done neatly.
- There should be perfect knee length outfit of the school uniform.
- Nails should be trimmed regularly.
- In case of skin allergy, special permission to be obtained from principal.
- Use of kajal/ flowers/ bindi/ Mehendi/ nail polish /using tattoo on hands/ gold ornaments is strictly prohibited.
- Girls students having long hair below the neck/ shoulder level/ should have two plaitedbraids / ponies. Using black ribbon/ rubber band.
- Girls having short hair should use black hair band/ pins.
- If any student not availing school transports facility, inform administrative department well in advance and seek approval from the head of the school. A written application with 4 authorized persons to drop/ pick the child to/ from school should be submitted.
- The bus/ van will drop and pick up students at the assigned pick-up/ dropoff points only.
- Since the school does not provide gate pick up or drop off facilities, the child expected to be at the bus stop five minutes before standard bus timings. If parents / guardians are picking up the child, then they are also requested the same.
- Buses/ vans will not stop on the way to pick up students who have missed the bus/ van at designated stop. However a child who misses the vehicle at the previous stop may be dropped off at a further stop following on the same route.
- Before changing your address, please make sure to identify the stop from all the existing routes and confirming with the school that a seat is availability on that route. It is infeasible to create new stops/ routes in the middle of the year because the address could be far from the existing routes or else for a location falling on the route (because every new stop adds to the time taken by the vehicle and we intend to keep a maximum limit for the time taken).
- Student will not be allowed to leave the school during the school hours except in case of emergency upon request from parents.
- If any student leaving early then kindly inform the driver on their own & any one except parent is coming to pick the student, then kindly send a properly written authorized letter stating reason, name of the person, student’s name & grade in any convenient language.
- Early leave of the student will be permitted by the Principal only.
- Don’t send your child in school if early leave is needed for preplanned work.
- For preplanned leave theparents should sendleave application inadvance with proof e.g. Wedding Card, etc.
- In case of leave for social functions or personal travel, they can take initiative to cover the missed portion of their studies with support from available resources.
- If in emergency student have to take leave for more than two days then kindly inform the school and send leave application with student, on the day of joining.
- Parents are not allowed to go to hostel or inside the school without the permission of admin office.
- Students destroying or breaking school property in any way have to pay penalty.
- Hostel students have to stay in hostel at least for the full 1 term and will not be allowed to leave the hostel in midterm.
- L.C will be issued only after 15 days of written application & should be given by both the parents with signature of mother & father.
- Students must bring diary daily to the school.
- Parents should check school diary daily and if there is any note from the school then they should sign it.
- Parents should also monitor the homework of student & check remark given by teachers.
- To meet teachers, prior appointment is required.
- Parents should not do homework, project or any other assignment given to students.
- On birthday, student must come in school uniform only. Students are not allowed to distribute any kind of gift or chocolates to students or staff.
- In Annual function, Sports day, National festivals or any other celebration, students must remain present.
- Written application should be given with expected date, if fees is not paid on time.
- Parents should attend all the PTMs.
- Parents are expected to inform school office about change in any of students details, such as telephone number, address, etc.
- Parents are expected not to entertain any negative aspect of teachers or the management in the presence of their children. If they have any complaints, they may kindly bring it to the written notice of Principal or admin staff on a personal note.
- For any query related to Student’s problem, teachers, transportation, school rules & leave, kindly contact Admin office.
Bonafide Certificate, Fee Payment Certificate, No objection Certificate, Recommendation letter, School Transcript, Medium of Instruction Certificate etc. will be issued within 3 working days of the submission of application to the school administrative office.
Steps to be followed :
- Parent’s have to come on the given date and time for collecting the required document from the school.
- School will hand over the document to the parents only.
Note : All parent’s are requested mandatorily to bring parent’s ID Card while coming to the school.
